Big Brother Canada: Sunday's Instant Eviction Eliminates Naeha.

naeha-sareen.jpg.size.xxlarge.letterboxAfter turning off the live feeds for the entire Easter weekend to preserve the secrets of Sunday’s special instant eviction episode, the producers gave away the results of the Head of Household competition at the very start of the broadcast and, in turn, who was evicted.

In the recap/preview to begin the show, footage of the house guests participating in the HoH challenge aired. Naeha Sareen, the 29-year-old chiropractor from Toronto, was visibly missing from the competition and as it turned out, was the next house guest to sit on the Stools of Shame.

Naeha was voted out by a 9 to 2 margin. Only her friends, allies, Sarah and Johnny voted for her to stay.

“When I was nominated, I kind of hoped people would keep me if they wanted to play with someone who was actually playing the game,” Naeha told host Arisa Cox. “They took me out because they know I’m a player.”

Cox wondered if Naeha had painted a target on her own back by letting the house guests know just how clever she was.

“Honestly, it is hard for me to lay low, but it is my personality. I had my back against the wall I think from the very beginning so I had to compete. There was no other option for me. I am just hoping I am going back in,” answered Naeha, who along with the first five evicted house guests will indeed have a chance to return to the game via a special competition.

Naeha is the third consecutive female player to be evicted this season, but change is in the air this week. Sarah, the vapour lounge employee from Toronto, and Brittnee Blair, the plus-size model from Calgary, were the pair who won the Switched Gears team HoH endurance challenge.

Since there can only be one HoH, Sarah voluntarily gave the position of power to Brittnee.

Those who dropped out were given prizes or punishments. Graig won $1,000. Zach pocketed a slop pass. Ashleigh and Jordan will wear diving gear for 24 hours. Johnny agreed to have pies thrown in his face at Big Brother’s whim. Willow has to stand on one of the competition platforms in the backyard for 24 hours.

On the live feeds, it was revealed that Kevin and Bobby were nominated by Brittnee, but Johnny won the Power of Veto. With Johnny saving Kevin and taking him off the block, Brittnee nominated Graig, the MLB baseball scout, in his place.
