Tonight, some players in the “Big Brother Canada” house are going to have a chance to experience being Have-Nots for the first time … and they’re probably going to hate it. The competition just wrapped up, and Brittnee, Naeha, Jordan, and Godfrey are all going to be stuck on slop for a little while. Given that Godfrey is also a potential target for nomination, this could turn out to be a pretty terrible week for him. (Luckily for him, Kevin may be perceived as being even more of a threat.)
Most of the strategy talk tends to happen at night, and with the feeds down, who knows what some of the latest developments are now? We’ll have a little more on that subject in the morning. Given that it is almost 11:00 p.m. Big Brother Canada Time, though, we imagine that the nomination ceremony will be tomorrow. When we were saying that we hoped it would be today, we forgot about this competition. This may just be because we could care less about slop for the most part; we prefer great gameplay with everyone actively thinking and making moves.
We also had a chance to catch the first “Side Show” tonight on Slice, which is an entertaining hour or so that felt almost as much a retrospective as it did a look at this season. You had Dan Gheesling, the return of Jon and Neda, and also a few pre-taped packages. The biggest amount of joy we got out of this was just seeing three of our favorite players all as guests on the show at the same time. Peter predicted that Kevin would be the winner of the season, and he may now wish that the “Side Show” filmed today and not yesterday. Granted, we get the pick, since many made it before the season and on paper, he seems pretty solid. We’re sticking with Willow, though!
As for the Risha interview, we really think that you would get more out of reading our own chat earlier today. She was not very receptive to giving long answers on the show, and the only thing we really learned is that she really did not care for Willow.
