The nominations tagging has been in effect since last Friday, as Cristian MJC, Sam Kay, Harry Amelia Martin and Simon Gross have all been put up so far.
Simon chose Jack earlier on today (June 21), so it was Jack's time to nominate with only four of his closest friends left to choose from.
As Big Brother later interrupted Nick's birthday party, Jack faced the spotlight in front of all of his fellow housemates and decided to opt for Joel.
"I'm really sorry. I haven't got a choice, I wouldn't nominate any of my friends," he explained.

Speaking further about his reasons for choosing Joel, Jack continued: "I just felt like when the new Timewarp housemates came in, he jumped on the bandwagon [as if] we weren't good enough. I felt a bit disappointed by that.
"I know now obviously the situation is different. But that's the impression I got. I know it's petty, but I'm in a situation where I can't find reasons to nominate other people."
Joel is now next to pick a housemate to nominate.
